Computer part:
1. Man-machine interface, complete computer PLC precision control

Feeding part:
1. Adsorption automatic feed paper, once complete the slot, cutting

die cutting accuracy of plus or minus 0.75mm;
3. The phase adopt the planetary gear electric adjustment, the
startup stop is rapid adjustment;
4. Manual adjustment of front board board, electric adjustment of

Die-cutting:
1. Die-cutting roller for excellent steel quality, wall thickness
30mm, balance correction, hard chromium plating;
2. The wall panel is made of high quality cast iron, the wall
thickness is 50mm, and the large machining center is produced.
3. Improve the repeat utilization rate of rubber sleeve for the
automatic grinding machine of the roller, which can be repaired 3-4
times;
4. Automatic compensation of linear velocity ensures that the
die-cutting size of each batch of cartons is exactly the same;
5. Imported American CUE polyamine resin pad for easy installation
and cutting 12 million times;
6. The horizontal movement of the mechanical roller is 40mm, and
the adhesive pad is evenly worn.
7. The six grade fine grinding gears are made of 40cr, with low
noise and long service life.
