Can filling part
| Filling equipment constitute | Mainly the filling machine is from the filling urn and the filling
valve. After can is washed, it is transfered to the filling machine
through the middle spider. The star wheel will stuck can and sent them into the filling
machine. The base will support the can to rotate around the filling
machine and the roll will open, the liquid will into can. |
| Filling principle | In this machine of infuse and filling valve for equal take press
the pressure type to filling, the speed is slow, the accuracy is
high and thus guarantees to the filling quantity. |
Can sealing part
The sealing part is composed of frame, slide way, cap sealing
rolls, transmission and others. The transmission of the cap sealing
is driven to the gear by the reduce, the power is transferred to
the cap sealing head through the hollow main axle.
