1, Liquid nitrogen injection
For better shelf time and transportation for the can beverage. It's
better to inject the liquid nitrogen into cans, the machine will be
put between the filling part and sealing part. It's better to close
to the sealing part due to liquid nitrogen is easily
volatilization.
2, Can pressure inspection
After sealing, we need to check if the cans are well sealed, or it
will incluence the products. The brief principle of this machines
is to test the pressure by pressing the can body. If the pressure
is lower what we set in PLC, it will be deleted from the conveyor
belt.
More machines
1, Can dryer
It is mainly used to blow off the water drops outside the
container. There are 12 pcs of knife blower installed on the
machine with different height. The air blower is 7.5kw. It can be
customize basing on the production capacity.
2, Date printer
What we use is the brand of VIDEOJET. It has the worldwide service
office.
3, Stick labeling machine
What we use for the can is the single labeling machine on the whole
body. It suggest to label the cans before filling machine.
4, Shrinking wrapping machine
The packing format will be customize basing on the final
requirement; if need the half carton packing, it will manually put
cans into the carton tray, then shrinking.
