Product introduction
Electrolyte resistance tape is specially developed for lithium
battery consisting PI (polyimide) / PET (polyester) / PP
(polypropylene) backing coated with unique acid and alkali
resistant acrylic adhesive. In terms of different bonding
positions, there are termination packing tape, plate lugs packing
tape, bottom packing tape, top packing tape, etc; of backing types,
there are PI tape, PET tape, OPP tape, etc; of colors, there are
green tape, blue tape, amber tape, etc. In addition, the tape is
manufactured to number tape for easily tracing production line,
that is to coat adhesive on backing after printed Arabic numerals.
Product features
The tape shows excellent insulation performance, and aging
resistance, acid and alkali resistance and solvent resistance
performance at the same time. The bonding strength and unwind force
is adjustable for customer process requirement.

The tape is widely used in lithium battery cell package and
insulation, such as termination packing tape, plate lugs packing
tape, bottom packing tape, top packing tape, etc.
