Multi-functional dispersing agent for aluminum pigment
1, A9000 dispersing agentCharacter:
It can obviously improve the whiteness and metal effect of aluminum
paste, good oxidation resistance and also improve the
storagestability of metal pigment, the gloss and fineness of
product can be guaranteed without seal in half month. At the same
time, it candecrease the dispersing time of ball mill, improve the
fineness of pigment, decrease the unnecessary dispersing time
during producingin the factory to save cost, and improve the
property of flow and gloss of metal pigment in the paint and
printing ink.

Macromolecule fatty acid derivatives.
3, Advantage:
a:Improve the storage stability.
b: Prevent pigment coarsening at the stage of ball mill, improve
the gloss of metal pigment.
c: Improve whiteness and metal effect of product.
d: Decrease time of ball bill, improve the fineness of aluminum
powder.
e: Meet the standard of PAHS, SGS, ROHS of EU.
4, Recommended usage:
Add 2% of total volume at the stage of ball mill, and add 1% of
total volume at the stage of kneading, right adding volume and
scientificusage can help improve the property of A9000.
5, Logistics data:
When the storage temperature under 10℃,A9000 agent will be
solidified but not affect its property, recommended use at the
temperature10℃-45℃. Heated and diluted with solvent at low
temperature, after diluted, it can not be solidified and affect its
property. At thetemperature 25℃, its appearance is brown or light
red viscous liquid, under 15℃,its appearance is paste solid.
