Product Detail
This type of step chain pitch (P) is 135.73mm and step distance is
407.2mm (3P = step distance). This type of step chain is used oil
lubrication.
The left side and right side link chain are pre-assembly, then are
connected with long hollow axles. The hollow axles step chain is
detachable design structure. It can be transportation with overall
assmbly step chain which reft and right side link chain assembly
with long hollow axles, or it can be split into left side, right
side chain and hollow axles for transporation as option. By using
this trasportation way, the step chain need to re-assembly before
it install in jobsite escalator.
The step chain width have 1000, 800 and 600 for escalator type. And
the fixing method of step and step chain have two structure design:
index pin bush and plastic clampong bush.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane and roller hub is used polyamide 66. As one of the
critical part in step chain, it have been certified by eligibility
test include anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours
and life test running time 5000hours.
