Product Detail
Chain pitch P = 135.46mm, 3P = step distance = 406.4mm
step chain is used oil for lubrication.
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by solid
axles. The solid axles step chain are fixed with chain link plate
as assembly chain for transportation. Normally, the unit's chain
folds base on contract specified and it can be devided by 10 folds,
2 folds and offset link.
The step is used index pin to fix with step chain.There are 3 type
of chain width:1000, 800 and 600 for escalator type.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane and the material of chain roller hub is PA 66. All
step chain roller passed th eligibility tests include
anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test
running time 5000hours.
