Product Detail
Chain pitch P = 136mm, 3P = step distance = 410.4mm, step chain is
used oil for lubrication
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by solid
axles. The fixing type of solid axles is detachable design and it
can be reserved for use when the step chain need to be replace. To
change the solid axles is option. Incase if need to order the solid
axles, it need to define the escalator product type of width 1000,
800 or 600.
The step fixing with step chain is used clamping bush.
The step chain rollers tyre are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane and roller hub material is used polyamide 66, option
is metal hub. The eligibility test of step chain roller include
anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test
running time 5000hours
