Background introduction

such as subways and transportation hubs, etc. place. Therefore,

escalator drive system. After prolonged use, if the step chain has
worn out and reached its designed service life, it must be replaced
promptly and reliably.

Product detail
Step Chain pitch P=135.46mm, 3P = step distance=406.4mm, The step
chain lubrication is used oil.
The step chain is connected to its left and right sides by hollow
axles. The step chain width is type 1000 for escalator width. The
design structure is detachable connection by using hollow axles to
connect left and right side link for transportation. Generally, the
length of each chain is divided into 10 folds, 2 folds and offset
link base on contract specified.
The step-chain rollers are made of hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane. And the step chain roller hub is used PA66. All step
chain roller passed the eligibility test of anti-hydrolysis is
250hrs, oil hydrolysis is 250hrs, and life test run time is
5000hrs.

The pitch 135.46 roller outside link step chain is widely used in
heavy-duty escalators and has a step distance of 406.4 mm. It is
suitable for type XO-PE / XO-21NP escalators.
