normal public escalators, the inside roller step chains can also be
used in heavy duty public escalators or high rise escalators whih
have same performance and safety as outside roller step chain heavy
duty public escalator. Due to heavy duty public escalators have
intensive passenger flow, The ladder chain is required to have a
large carrying capacity which include chain link plate, pin and
step chain roller. So, the diameter of step chain roller is bigger
than normal used step chain, similar as outside link step chain
roller. This kind of escalator products are common in subway, super
high shopping plaza, transportation hub and other places. Based on
this situation, the requirements for the quality, safety and
reliability of the step chain are particularly strict. After

Chain pitch P = 135.46mm, 3P = step distance = 406.4mm, The step
chain lubrication is used oil
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by solid
axles or hollow axles. The solid axles step chain are fixed with
chain link plate for transportation. The step chain width have
type1000 for escalator width. And the step is fixed with step chain
by index pin.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane. The eligibility test of step chain roller include
anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test
running time 5000hours. The material of roller hub is polyamide 66
