Background Introduction
The commercial escalator and vast majority public escalator are
used roller inside link step chain design. These kinds of escalator
are mostly used in places with commercial building with nornal
passenger flow or public transportation hub with light duty
passenger flow, such as shopping mall, office buildings, hospital,
train station, public transport building, transportation hubs and
other places.
As the key driving component of the escalator, the step chain
transfers power to transport passengers from one floor to the other
through the step. Therefore, the safety and quality reliability of
the parts must be guaranteed and strong required. After the
escalator used many years, the step chain has worn out and exceeds
the designed service life, it must be replaced on time and
propertly to restore the product safety and reliability.

Product Detail
The step chain pitch (P) is 135.46mm; step pitch(step distance =3P)
406.4mm. This series step chain is used oil for lubrication.
The chain is connected to its left and right side link by hollow
axles. This type step chain can be assembled with left and right
side chain as whole chain for transportation or detachable for
transporation as option.
The step chain width have 1000, 800 and 600 for escalator type.
There are two types of step fixing design: index pin bushing and
the plastic clamping bushing.
The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant
polyurethane and the step chain roller hub is used polyamide 66.
The eligibility test of step chain roller include anti-hydrolysis
250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test running time
5000hours

The pitch 135.46mm roller inside link step chain is used in widely
commercial and public escalator and a step distance of 406.4mm. It
is suitable for escalator product 510, 513NPE, 508NCE, 515NPE, etc.
