The 2W200-20 is a direct-lift valve that combines the function of a
direct-acting valve with a pilot-operated valve. Due to the
flexible connection between the electromagnet plunger and the
diaphragm, the direct valve acts as a direct acting valve at low
pressure and acts as a pilot valve at high pressure. It is also
known as a zero delta pressure valve or a suspended diaphragm
valve. It is applied to commercial dishwashing equipment, car
washing equipment, food processing, commercial laundry equipment,
washing bottles, disinfection equipment, etc.

A solenoid is a cylindrical coil that acts as an electromagnet when
current flows through it, and a valve acts as a control device that
controls or guides the flow of fluid by closing, opening, or
partially blocking various channels.
Body: the main part of a solenoid valve, including the end, seat, and
hole, allowing fluid to move when the solenoid is energized or cut
off.
Solenoid tube assembly: cylinder, made of stainless steel, sealed and closed at one end.
This is the guide channel for the movable plunger, which is
magnetically movable. The solenoid coil of the valve is mounted on
the outside of the closed tube.
Movable plunger: An electromagnetic induction coil made of removable stainless
steel that is attracted by a solenoid magnetic field and slides
inside the tube.
Plunger Spring: This is a return spring that holds the movable plunger in place
when energized and returns it to its position when the power is
off.
Seat seal: Used to close the valve main bore, which is located on the movable
plunger.
Electromagnet (solenoid Coil): An electromagnet composed of a copper winding (solenoid) and a
yoke (armature) generates a magnetic flux that attracts the movable
plunger when energized.
Materials of 2W series solenoid valves:
Body material: neutral fluid body made of brass and bronze. High temperature
fluids such as steam and corrosion resistant stainless steel are
recommended. In addition, polyimide materials are used in plastic
valves for economic reasons.
Seal material: mechanical, thermal and chemical conditions in application are the
factors for choosing sealing material. Neutral fluid of standard
material at temperatures up to 194 ° F, usually for NBR. For higher
temperatures, FKM and PTFE are involved. Selecting the right
