Prepainted galvanized steel coils (ppgi) are one of the most
popular types of steel coils used in the industry today. They are
coated with a layer of zinc and then painted with a layer of paint
on top. This gives them a very strong resistance to corrosion and
makes them last longer than other types of steel coils.
Paint is applied on top of the zinc coating to give the ppgi coil
its color. The most popular colors used for ppgi coils are white,
black, and gray. However, there are many other colors available as
well. The paint used on ppgi coils is usually a polyester or
acrylic based paint.
Ppgi coils are available in many different sizes. The thickness of
the steel coil can vary from 0.3mm to 1.2mm. The width of the coil
can also vary from 1000mm to 1500mm.
