Application
Used for automatic shaping and vulcanzation of tires during the
production process of bicycle, electric car, motorcycle cover
tires, and ATV tires, replacing the wind(water) tire to complete
production of tires products in accordance with technological
requirements.
This machine used shaping and vulcanizing machine powered by
hydraulic pressure, adopting B-type capsule, tow-way thermal
curing. Mainly consists of beam, umbrella stand, hot plate, central
organization, foundation, frame, electric control system, oil
pressure system and other parts. The machine has a simple
structure, stable running, high accuracy of upper and lower mold
alignment, easy operation, simple maintenance, high production
efficiency, low labor strength and other characteristics.
