Scope of application:

The rubber vulcanizing press machine can be used to make O ring, sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper, silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators etc.. This rubber vulcanizing press machine is a four-column bottom-top structure, and the main engine consists of an upper beam, a lower machine base, a movable platform, an automatic push-pull device, an oil cylinder group and a column. The plunger structure is installed in the lower base.

1. When the machine is working, the plunger moves from bottom to top to close the mold, press molding, automatic mold closing, automatic ejection, and automatic heat preservation, pressure preservation and exhaust functions to ensure product quality.
