EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext. )
vulcanizing and compression molding.
Rubber vulcanizing press machine can be used to make O ring,
sealing parts, oil seal, auto parts, rubber crash pad, rubber air
spring, key board, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stopper,
silicone wrist band, water-stop tape, bridge support/bridge
bearings, rubber cable, electronics insulators etc..
Product description:
1. Easy assembly. The wires between the main engine, electronic
control cabinet and hydraulic pressure station are all connected
before delivery. Users only need to connect the wire between the
workshop and electronic control cabinet and fill the hydraulic
pressure station with hydraulic oil, the machine is then ready to
operate.
2. Custom service. The hot plate dimension, layers, pressures and
other parameters of the vulcanizing machine can be customized to
meet client demands.
3. This series of vulcanizing machine can be equipped with PLC
automatic control system for automatic exhaust operation. The
exhaust period, interval and times can all be freely adjusted. The
machine also has the function of automatic pressure flling to
compensate the decrease of the pressure during vulcanization.
