Stainless Steel Mesh Belt Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine
Introduction:
Rubber batch off cooling machine is the downstream auxiliary to the
mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and
depositing the rubber strip that comes from the internal mixer and
open mixer in the internal mixing workshop.
The rubber batch off cooling machine is designed to perform
continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying,
air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
Detailed description:
The main process equipment is composed of isolation agent coating
device, clamping lifting conveyor belt, glue hanging cooling
conveyor, cutter lamination device, transmission device and control
system. The isolating agent coating device soaking and spraying
methods, and the cutter lamination device has glue swing continuous
folding and slice stacking forms. After the rubber material is
pressed into film after plastic refining or mixing, the device can
pick up the film with higher temperature, press the joint, cut and
print longitudinally, soak and cool the spacer, lift and hang the
film, air cooling and cooling and automatic rubber picking, etc.
The equipment is composed of receiving and conveying device,
printing device, joint pressing device, longitudinal cutting
device, spacer soaking device, clamping lifting device, glue
hanging cooling conveying device, automatic glue picking device,
pneumatic control system, automatic film swinging device on the
first floor, maintenance platform, electrical control system,
safety and alarm system. The equipment is complete, easy to
