Rubber Dispersion Kneader Mixing Machine
Applications
The pressurized rubber kneader machine is engineered for use in
rubber and rubber product factories. According to the structure,
the kneader can be divided into a pressurized kneader and an open
kneader. According to the working principle and purpose, it can be
divided into a rubber-plastic mixer and a rubber recycling tablet
press. The rubber kneader helps to process rubber for the
production of tires, cables, rubber hoses, belts, shoes, and seals.
Description of products
1. Rubber dispersion kneader is used for mixing or compounding
rubber and plastics. The mixer consists of two rotating
spiral-shaped rotors encased in segments of cylindrical housings.
The rotors may be cored for circulation of heating or cooling.
2. Mixing chamber: constructed from premium alloy steel for
welding-→annealing- -finish machining- +surface hard chrome
plating-→polishing treated using 400 grit abrasive cloth. Chrome
layer thickness is 0.10mm with hardness of HV900~1000.
3. Front and rear rotor: rotor is made of cast steel with manganese
and other alloy materials-→the head of rotor is welded with
wear-resistant hard alloy with a thickness of 3~5mm- +processing
and polishing treatment- +full body is treated by hard chrome
plating with a thickness of 0. 10mm.
4.Internal mixing seal system: labyrinth seal system to prevent
leakage of powder and feed materials.
5. Feed material from the rear door of the frame or from the side,
and the mixing chamber is turned forward for 140° to discharge,
which is convenient for the connection of the upper and lower
processes of the production process, and facilitates the
observation and cleaning of the mixing chamber.
