Advantages

The lined plastic pipe is made of food-grade plastic, brand-virgin PEX, which will not pollute the conveyed medium, the inner wall is smooth, free of scale and rust, ensuring that the water quality and sanitation indicators meet the domestic water transmission and distribution standards, and the quality reaches international quality level.
5. Plastic and steel pipe are well compounded. Strong adhesion, not easy to fall off, good sealing performance, no pinholes or cracks to ensure no leakage.
6. The plastic layer has good performance. Low thermal conductivity, environmental protection and energy saving, good low temperature brittleness, and small expansion coefficient.
7. Simple installation. The traditional installation process, and the use of matching pipe fittings with strong sealing energy absorption, the connection is reliable, simple and fast. The pipeline is easy to maintain and the maintenance cost is low.

Installation and connection Method

1. Groove connection
a. Select a Standard-Compliant Grooved Fitting;

b. The working pressure of the grooved pipe joint should match the working pressure of the pipeline;

c. Select the rubber sealing ring of the composite drinking water standard, and the hot water pipe adopts the temperature-resistant rubber sealing ring.

2. Threaded connection

a. Choose the Threaded Fitting that meets the requirements;

b. The plastic-lined pipe shall not be directly connected with the valve, and a special transition pipe joint with internal and external threads of brass lined with plastic shall be used;

c. The plastic-lined pipe shall not be directly connected with the water supply spigot, and a special brass inner thread pipe joint shall be used;

d. Special transition joints should be used when connecting plastic-lined pipes with copper pipes and plastic pipes;

3.Flange connection

a. When the working pressure of the pipeline system is greater than 1.0Mpa and less than 2.5Mpa, flange connection can be used;

b. The pressure level of the flange matches the working pressure of the pipeline;

c. Rubber gaskets are used for flange gaskets. When large-diameter gaskets need to be spliced, they should use oblique lap joints, and no flat joints.
