With the inner stainless steel ring plastic-steel composite panel is combination with PEX pipe and Hot dip galvanized steel pipe and the inner stainless steel ring. It is used by constant pressure and high temperature composite technology,ensure the inner plastic pipe in good shape and bonding the steel pipe well,without glue cracking and shrinking issues happening. The hot DIP galvanized steel pipe is adopt the international leading high-frequency new welding technology,and galvanized with high quality 0 pure Zinc plating. The plastic pipe is used by high quality and 100% virgin PE,which meets the standards of food hygiene and drinking water.The hot melt adhesive resins are good quality,high purity with excellent bonding strength,ensure the bonding strength between the steel pipe and plastic pipe. The plastic-steel composite pipe head is fixed the inner 304 stainless steel ring,which is national patent products. The inner stainless steel ring perfect resolves the separated problems between the plastic pipe and steel pipe,for which the expansion and contraction happens, or the flow water impacting the pipe head for long time. The revolutionary technology can protect the water quality well,meanwhile elongates the pipe service life greatly and makes price competition. The big size pipes form DN-200 to DN400 are used by same technology as small size pipes, which is hard to achieve by most of other companies.
