1. Hualai Factory Experience In Mesh Pad Demister.
As a 12 years' factory devoted in this industry, Hualai really
knows the demister and has plenty of valuable experiences.
Now we have ISO 9001 quality certification. With diligent workers,
we can fabricate demister pads from hand size to 16 meters (our
record till now) in diameter. Also we can make the mesh pads into
any shape and thickness as per customer request. No problem with
vary densities for different applications. Located in Anping,

2. Demister Material
we usually use: PP, PTFE, SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS201,
SS202, SS301S, SS321, Copper, Nickel, Titanium, Duplex 2205, Duplex
2507, NS-80, Monel 400 alloy, Co-knit 904L+fiber glass, Co-knit
316L+ fiber glass, Co-knit 316L+PP flat... Other materials are
available as per order.

4. Mesh Pad Demister Construction
A.Mist Eliminators shall be fabricated in one piece or in the
minimum number of sections required for insertion through the
vessel manway.
B.Mesh pads shall fit tightly into the pad containment system.
C.Mesh pad layers shall not be more than 9 inches (230 mm) thick.
Where more than one layer is required, joints shall be staggered.
One-piece circular mesh pads may be spiral in form.
