- The model is suitable for printing UV inks of various colors on
plastic, metal, glass, ceramics bottles and jars in diversified
shapes.
- The machine adopts digital control servo drive to complete various
functions and printing, and can easily realize 360 degree printing of various shapes of products
- The machine adopts an integrated turntable structure. and the
product is rotated to different workstations in one fixture to
realize the functions of feeding, positioning, surface treatment,
printing, curing and discharging. The product is not easy to grind,
and the printing accuracy is as high as ±0.1mm.
- The machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules
to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk
screen printing with foil stamping or labeling.
- The machine can be installed with a finished product inspection
function to divert unqualified products instead of manual
inspection.
-- The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle
making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle
unscrambler instead of manual feeding.
- After completion of printing, the discharging can be connected to
a bagging machine instead of manual bagging.
