Single-station host + single-head or 2-head linear weighing
packaging line
1. The total height of the combination does not exceed 2 meters,
which is suitable for manual feeding, eliminating the need for
front-end feeding equipment and reducing supporting costs; it can
work with 1~2 workers;
2. The Doypack Packing Machine is suitable for granular materials;
it is suitable for use when the workshop space is small and the
product volume is not large;
Ability to work:
Packaging weight: 1.5Kg or above; generally determined according to
the material properties and the actual capacity of the packaging
bag
Packing speed: 6~15 packs/min for single station model; 12~30
packs/min for double station model;
Generally, it depends on the type of material, filling amount,
character, fluidity and actual packaging requirements. The more
movements, the corresponding reduction in speed.
Self-tightening chain, nitrogen filling and vacuuming will reduce
the overall running speed;
Suitable bag size: bag width 80~300 mm; bag height (length) 150~430
mm;
It will be adjusted according to different bag types, and when it
is required to automatically open the self-closing chain, the size
requirements are: width 130mm x height 150mm x chain lip 35mm.
