The Mini Doypack packing machine uses one or more sensors to
monitor the position and size of the product, and then the product
is quantitatively sorted through the metering device and put into
the appropriate packaging, after simply cleaning the bag mouth and
adjusting the contents of the bag , and then heat-seal the bag to
complete the packaging.
This is just the basis and basic production principle of Mini
Doypack packing machine. In order to meet the diversified packaging
needs of customers, packaging machine manufacturers will add new
steps to the production process to enrich the machine functions.
For example, marking the production date (coding) on the packaging
bag, adding vacuum pumping or filling with nitrogen, etc.
Mini Doypack packing machine can pack different forms of materials
by choosing different supporting equipment:
1. When packaging solid and granular materials, linear scales and
multi-head scales can be selected for combined packaging;
2. When packaging liquid materials: liquid pump, paste pump,
measuring cup measuring machine can be selected;
3. When packaging powder materials: spiral metering machine and
independent spiral dosing machine can be selected
