Supercapacitor Electrolyte Filling Machine
Brief Introduction
It is used for supercapacitor electrolyte filling. Vacuuming
filling and pressurization working process is used, which features
high consistency, reliability and safety of electrolyte absorption.
Features
● The multi-stage filter and special material adsorption system are
used to effectively keep the valves and pipelines unobstructed,
protect the vacuum pump from corrosion, damage and blockage, and
prevent the failure in starting the pump impeller for vacuuming.
● Electrolyte is rarely exposed in the glove box during the filling,
which can greatly reduce the volatilization of electrolyte and
corrosion of other components of the glove box.
● Electrolyte solvent (DMC) is used frequency to clean the glove
box. Due to the large moisture content, the glove box must be
filled with nitrogen to reduce water , which is expensive and
time-consuming. Accordingly, the pipeline and filter are used in
the easy-to-operate position inside the glove box. The
easy-to-dismantle filter is used to discharge the accumulated
excess liquid, thus greatly reducing the cleaning times. If the
blockage of the joint pipeline cannot be resolved by cleaning with
DMC, the pipeline can be dredged by dismantled easily through the
access glovebox port.
● The special two-way pneumatic valve is used to avoid blockage, and
the internal SUS316 and PTFE materials are highly resistant to
corrosion.
● The process of vacuuming, injection and standing under alternating
vacuum and pressure features high efficiency and accuracy, and easy
and reliable operation.
● The vacuuming time, high vacuum, low vacuum, injection volume,
standing time, pressurization time, pressure and pressure relief
time can be set.
● The connectors of the injection tank are made of stainless steel,
with corrosion-resistant PE hoses. The whole machine is
corrosion-resistant, and its body is made of 6 series aluminum
alloy.
