Supercapacitor Electrode Injecting Machine
Brief Introduction
It is suitable for supercapacitor injection by means of vacuuming,
injection and pressurization, which features high consistency,
reliability and safety of electrolyte absorption. The working
process is as follow: capacitor positioning on the bracket,
automatic lifting and alignment with the injection nozzle,
injection under high vacuum. The low vacuum and pressurization
cycles can be set freely until injection is completed.

● Valve assembly and piping layout for injection structure are
constantly optimized to completely resolve electrolyte corrosion
and crystallization.
● This machine is designed with multi-stage filter and special
material adsorption system to prevent the failure in starting the
pump impeller for vacuuming.
● Electrolyte is rarely exposed in the injection, low
volatilization and damage to others components of the glovebox.
● Easy-to-dismantle filter and access hole are used for cleaning
easily, save cost and time.
● The DCM cleaning function is mainly for monthly and quarterly
cleaning, to keep the pipeline clean.
● High measurement accuracy and repetition consistency, the
electrolyte accuracy within ±0.1%.
● The process of vacuuming, injection and standing under
alternating vacuum and pressure features high efficiency and
accuracy, and easy and reliable operation.
● The vacuuming time, high vacuum, low vacuum, injection volume,
standing time, pressurization time, pressure and pressure relief
time are adjustable.
● The connectors of the injection tank are made of stainless steel,
with corrosion-resistant PE.
● The structure is corrosion-resistant and made of 6 series
aluminum alloy, has a long life.
● The tooling fixture is easily to be dismantled and assembled,
suitable for different heights of products.
