FSCUT2000C medium power laser cutting system is a full-solution
open-loop control system specially designed for sheet metal
fabricaton industry, with features of easy to install and adjust,

Supports five levels of perforation, any combination of segmented
or progressive.
Support the communication control of most mainstream lasers on the
market.
Support basic processes such as flying cutting, leapfrog,
compensation, lead wire, micro-connection, pre-piercing, and film
cutting.
Support capacitor edge seeking, photoelectric edge seeking,
electric focusing, double exchange table, automatic layout, tube
cutting, power-off memory, QR code, cutting line, maintenance and
other advanced functions.
Support advanced processes such as cooling point, sharp corner
girth, release corner, etc.
Support pre-opening, gas flushing.
Support starting, closing and fine cutting processes.
Support air-moving obstacle avoidance, leapfrog intelligent
judgment.
Supports automation applications such as simple scheduling, virtual
multi-station, and scanning code.

Open-loop control system, the third-generation motion control
algorithm of Bochu.
Track accuracy 0.03mm, positioning accuracy 0.001mm, repeat
positioning accuracy 0.003mm.
The maximum cutting speed is 80m/min, and the maximum air moving
speed is 150m/min.
Maximum acceleration 1.5G.
Support dual drive error detection function.
