Principe and Features of the machine:

● The frame is made of steel sheet welded structure, left and right houses, working table and cylinder base are welded into a whole frame. After welding, the internal stress is eliminated by tempering, so the whole steel is strong and the stability is good.

● High-frequency hydraulic control technology, faster, more efficient and accurate.

● Back gauge of CNC Press Brake is brought standard 2 fingers back gauge system, as to complex shapes work pieces, 4 or 5 fingers back gauge system and corresponding dies are available for your choose.

● According to input sheet metal datas on Press brake, CNC system can automatically calculate and adjust the table deflection compensation yielding uniform length of all work-pieces angles.

● The distance and height of the rear stopper and the stroke of Ram are controlled by CNC system, which is convenient and quick.

● Oil cylinder has been machined with entire flowings to get the best condition, as forged, Quenched and tempered, and fine grinding, and then hard chromium plating and other processes. finally assembely the import of sealing ring, the phenomenon of oil leakage in customer service.

● The hydraulic system adopts the integrated hydraulic system of oil road to reduce the installation of the pipeline.

● The use of mechanical deflection compensation gives access to uniform full length workpieces. which can make the table occurs relative movement and form an ideal convex curve, ensuring the relative positions with slider keep unchanged.

--Holland Delem DA-53T System Features:

The DA-50T-series offers easiest CNC programming based on the Delem graphical touch screen user interface. The new compact DA-53T adds a state of the art complete touch control solution for synchronized press brakes.

This panel based control, standard capable of controlling up to 4 axes, can be integrated in cabinets as well as used in an optional pendulant arm housing. Its 10.1" wide screen high resolution colour TFT, with industrial grade multi touch technology, gives access to the proven Delem user- interface. It enables direct “hot-key” touch navigation between product programming and actual production. Functions are located where needed, offering optimised ergonomics throughout the entire application.

Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum with a quick and easy program-to-production work sequence.USB interfacing enables fast product and tool backup using USB memory sticks.

The standard machine control functions are Y1-Y2, X, R-axis and crowning. The second back gauge axis can also be set as Z axis.

The CNC Press brake use fully closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo control,

Ram position signals can be feedback to CNC system by two sides Sensor Ruler,

then CNC controller DA58T adjusts the oil flowing amount by changing the opening size of synchronous valve

, hereby controlling the ram Y1, Y2 running on the same level, maintaining the parallel state of the worktable.

-- Mechanical Crowning table

• The local deflection compensation mechanism uses a mechanical interference table compensation structure. CNC controller automatic calculation control.
• Each group consists of several groups of three-dimensional curved surfaces with different slopes. The compensation curve is closer to the deformation curve of the slide plate, which greatly improves the machining accuracy of the bending machine.
