Hollow Blade Dryer.
1. The retention time of materials can be adjusted to deal with
high water content materials and obtain extremely low water content
materials;

3. Because the required heat is all supplied by hollow blades and
jacket, in order to reduce the exhaust humidity, a small amount of
hot air can be added, the dust entrainment is low, the exhaust gas
is easy to handle, and the auxiliary equipment such as dust removal
is not required.
4. The blades are self-cleaning. The blades rotate in opposite
directions, and the two inclined planes of the blades repeatedly
stir, compress, relax and push forward the materials, so that the
page has a unique self-cleaning ability, the heating surface is
constantly updated, and the heat transfer coefficient of the blade
dryer is higher than that of any other conduction drying methods.
Working Principle
KJG Series New Type Hollow Paddle Dryer for Industrial Sludge is a
kind of conduction heating and low rotating speed-stirring type
drier. There is jacket on the body of drier, hollow oar blade on
the hollow shaft, filling heating medium in them, wet material is
stirred by oar blade and carries on heat exchange with shaft and
oar blade. The structure of the machine is generally horizontal
type with two or four shafts.

Environmental protection industry: sludge, electroplating sewage

Features
1) Low energy consumption: As a result of indirect heating, no much air take away the
heating, the outer wall has insulation layer, the heat efficiency
can be up to 90%. For slurry, evaporating 1kg of water just need 1.2kg vapor.
2) cheap investment: it has huge effective heat transfer surface area per unit, reduce treatment time,
let the machine size become small, so It greatly reduces the
construction area and building space.
3) wide range of materials handling: can use different types of media, not only can treat
heat-sensitive materials, but also handle high-temperature
materials. Common medias are: water vapor, thermal oil, hot water,
cooling water and so on.

5) Low environmental pollution: don't use air to dry material, dust material entrainment is rare.
Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated
materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.
