1. Product description of straightening machine

2. The technical characteristics of pipe and bar straightening machine are:

(1) the yield limit of straightened tubes and bars is wide, up to 1300Mpa;

(2) straightening diameter range is wide, rod φ 20 ~ φ 150mm, pipe φ 8 ~ φ 680mm;

(3) High straightening accuracy, up to 0.4‰;

(4) High straightening speed, up to 3m/s;

(5) special roll curve design;

(6) Pre-stress frame, good rigidity, light weight;

(7) Main drive system is driven by DC motor, SCR power supply, stepless speed regulation;

(8) The main and auxiliary machines are all controlled by industrial computer and PCL programmable controller, and can be configured with closed loop and open loop control according to user requirements, and with adjustment, manual and automatic control;

(9) Roll gap adjustment is fast, and has the function of data memory and network transmission;
