1. Description
The chuck is a four-jaw full stroke master chuck specially designed
for laser pipe cutting equipment. The chuck itself can work as an
independent rotating spindle. After the base of the product is
fixed, just add the supporting motor and gear connection, and then
connect the compressed air source (0.3-0.9mpa) to clamp the
workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. Chuck full stroke
operation, no need to adjust the position of the four PAWS. Chuck
adopts fully enclosed structure, equipped with cross roller
bearings. Compared with similar products on the market, the chuck
has higher rotation accuracy and repetition accuracy, as well as
higher clamping force.
