1. Description
Our company is a company with 15 years of experience in
professional development of various chucks. The chuck is a four-jaw
full stroke master chuck designed for laser pipe cutting equipment.
The chuck itself can work as an independent rotating spindle. After
fixing the base of the product, just add the supporting motor and
gear connection, and then connect the compressed air source
(0.3-0.9mpa) to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to
rotate. Chuck full stroke operation, no need to adjust the position
of the four PAWS. Chuck adopts fully enclosed structure, equipped
with cross roller bearings. Compared with similar products on the
market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and repetition
accuracy, as well as higher clamping force.
The products can be widely used in special laser pipe cutting
machine and other pipe processing systems.
