1. Description
This kind of chuck is back chuck and also is feeding chuck. It is
commonly used for work-piece clamping, rotating and front and back
feeding. It is also like main chuck which can be used as an
independent spindle when using. The function is also to clamp the
work-piece tightly when rotating.
Rotating air inlet can be realized through tail-mounted gyrator so
that the rapid clamping and loosening action can be achieved. The
working air source adopts the principle of continuous air supply.
When fixing the base of chuck, connecting the matched motor with
the gear and compressed air source, it can realize clamping and
driving the work-piece to rotate.
Because the length of the parts processed by the cutting equipment
is longer, the back chuck and the matched main chuck are often
installed in pairs on the equipment.
The structure of this chuck is four-jaw automatic synchronization
centering structure and also is solid center. Kindly recommend it
to be used in tube sheet integrated machine and it is suitable for
cutting square and circular tube sheet.
