Single layer or multiple layers of woven wire meshes are permanently bonded together by an unique diffusion-bonded technique. Compared with traditional wire mesh, sintered mesh laminate provides more additional benefits such as stability and mechanical strength. Therefore, it is widely constructed as a filter medium in many industries.

Our Sintered Wire Mesh Laminates made of perforated metal (perforated metal as support layer make the sintered filter easy backwash), stainless steel square wire mesh and plain dutch sintered wire cloth are the fine materials for filtration, usually 5 - 7 layers. Sintered mesh laminates can be welded to filter elements as tube, cylinders, disc and conical shapes. Different mesh size and thickness are available according to different filter purpose.

Application:
