Product Feature
1. The core parts of the equipment are all imported from Japan,
which is for meeting the accuracy, speed and quality requirements.
2. Equipped with German high pixel image detection system, it can
distinguish good and defective products by referring to qualified
product image contour standard line, and place them separately
through machine coordinated action to avoid customer complaints and
losses caused by mixed defective products.
3. Equipped with pressure detection system. It can automatically
generate terminal tension pressure curve analysis diagram, and
automatically screen out defective products according to standard
line, which not only increases the qualified rate of products, but
also reduces labor cost.
