High Speed Rotary Pneumatic Clamp Collet Auto CNC Lathe Chuck
1. Description
Our company mainly produces various chucks, which are used in laser
cutting machines, CNC lathes, automobile lathes, etc. This chuck
can be used for internal expansion and external clamping. Its
construction is of integral heat-treated steel. The bearing has no
load, the chuck has good high-speed performance and long service
life. Still cold when spinning. Forced opening of the collet is a
two-way power. When the pressure is interrupted, the chuck locks
itself and remains clamped.
Installation is simple and convenient, just connect the flange
directly to the spindle. It can be connected to the machine system
through a three-point combination valve. The collet does not
retract and can be controlled normally. The body length accuracy is
within 0.01mm.
The chuck is suitable for lathes, CNC lathes, grinders, indexing
discs, turning of batch workpieces, etc. In addition to this
collet, other types of collets are also available.
