Features and characteristics,
1. Using computer Auto-CAD design. The full line frame, blades holder and front feeding/gauge table are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the rationality and strength of the frame and structure. The shearing line adopts all steel welded structured, vibrating treatment of aging for remove of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability.
2. Using long front feeding table, the whole process, and eliminate stress, with strong rigidity and integrity; a ball screw, flexible and reliable motion rolling guide; the elimination of the long plate deflection; pneumatic clamp, vertical rearward system, the data can be scheduled automatic feeding continuous shear.
3. This Shearing line adopts CNC controller Delem DAC310T or DAC360T or Cybelec T8 to control and drive front gauge/feeding axis (cutting length), Cutting angle, and Blades gap/clearance according to different plates thickness and length.

4. Our standard machine is assemblied with normal motor. But now one new high-power servo motor can be applied to our shearing machine. Servo motor is more saving energy and environmental protection and reduce production costs.

5. Advanced integrated hydraulic control system, it has good reliability. more reliable and easy for maintenance. Hydraulic system uses skin-bag accumulator as auxiliary energy, absorbs pressure impact at the same time, machine runs smoothly and has low noise.
6. Rectangular blades with four cutting edges to prolong working life, adjustable shearing angle to reduce distortion of the sheet.
Upper blade holder has inward tilting structure to facilitate material feed in and also enhance accuracy of the work piece
