General description of Manure paddle dryer
Hollow Paddle Dryer is a horizontal stirring and heat conduction
type drying equipment that can work continuously. Its stirring
blade is like ship paddle, so it is called paddle dryer. In foreign
countries, it is also called slot dryer or stirring dryer.
Needed heat of the dryer relies on heat conduction to heat
indirectly, so during the drying period it doesn’t need air or
little air to take the moisture away. It greatly reduces the heat
loss that took away by air flow and the use ratio of heat is
improved, so it is a kind energy saving type drying equipment.
Paddle dryer is widely used in environmental protection,
petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, foodstuff, pharmaceutical,
pesticide industrials and so on for drying powder, granules, filter
cake and seriflux materials. It is especially widely used for
drying different kinds of sludge, animal manure, gpysum and so on.
Working Principle
KJG Series New Type Hollow Paddle Dryer for Industrial Sludge is a
kind of conduction heating and low rotating speed-stirring type
drier. There is jacket on the body of drier, hollow oar blade on
the hollow shaft, filling heating medium in them, wet material is
stirred by oar blade and carries on heat exchange with shaft and
oar blade. The structure of the machine is generally horizontal
type with two or four shafts.

Features

heating, the outer wall has insulation layer, the heat efficiency
can be up to 90%. For slurry, evaporating 1kg of water just need 1.2kg vapor.

Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated
materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.

7) Stable operation: Due to the special compression-expansion stirring of the wedge
blades, the material particle contact with the heat transfer
