Box structure:
1. The test chamber is made of SUS304# stainless steel, and the
thickness of the steel plate is 1.2mm;
2. The outdoor box is made of SUS304# stainless steel, and the
thickness of the steel plate is 1.0mm;
3. The whole machine is divided into three parts: heat storage
area, cold storage area and test area. The three parts are
completely independent, and the temperature can be changed rapidly
by switching the air door.
4. Insulation material: PU foam and aluminum silicate fiber cotton,
thickness of 100mm;
5. Integrated control box, test box, heat storage box and cold
storage box;
6. The test material rack is made of SUS304# stainless steel after
punching and bending into a network structure;
7. The distance between the test materials can be adjusted;
Hot and cold impact testing machines used to test the change of
material under extremely high temperature and extremely low
temperature environment that continue alternation in the shortest
time, Testing the chemical changes or physical damage of material
caused by the thermal expansion and contraction. Testing box
divided two parts, one is high-temperature region, another is
low-temperature region, the testing sample placed on the moving
basket, using unique heat storage and cool storage, the cylinder
taking basket moves up and down in the hot and cold region to
complete the hot and cold temperature impact testing; applied to
test the material, including metal, plastic, rubber,
electronics.... and other materials, it can be used as a basis for
improvement of their products.
