Introduction

H41h and H41W cast steel lift check valves are widely used for nominal pressure PN1 For pipelines under various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical industry and thermal power station with working temperature of - 29 ~ 550 ℃ at 6 ~ 10.0MPa, the applicable media are water, oil, steam, etc. Its main function is to prevent medium backflow, reverse rotation of pump and its driving motor, and discharge of medium in container.

Principle structure

During the use of the valve, the medium flows in the direction of the arrow in the figure.

1. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is affected by the medium force. When the medium is opened for countercurrent, the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closed due to the self weight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the medium, so as to prevent the countercurrent of the medium.

2. The sealing surface of the valve body and disc shall be overlaid with stainless steel.
