Introduction of APSLH jet mud mixer
A jet mud mixer is a combination of a centrifugal pump and a mixing
hopper with the pipeline. Which is also referred to as a mixing
hopper pump. Since it's a combination of the hopper and centrifugal
pump. The hopper can be the venturi hopper or the whirl hopper.

APSLH Jet Mud Mixer is used to concoct the drilling fluids and to
change their density and viscosity. This device can satisfy the
fluid weighting & mixing of the solids control system used for
1500m-9000m drilling.
On the AIPU mud mixing pump, the centrifugal pump is mechanical
sealed and rather reliable. There is a high-quality butterfly valve
on pump pipelines. This will help to control mud flow rate and the
compounding better during operation. The pressure is 0.2~0.4Mpa
Application of APSLH Jet mud mixer
APSLH jet mud mixer is a unit used together with the solids control
system for petroleum drilling and horizontal directional
drilling(HDD). The unit includes one sand pump, one venturi mud
mixing hopper, and one jet mud mixing hopper and pump that are
installed in a base with pipe valves. It is safe and stable and can
be moved conveniently. At the same time, we can make a Twin-Hopper
Unit with two pumps according to the user requirements. It is
