H-Beam/ T Beam/ I Beam Automatic Cantilever Submerged Welding Machine

The H beam gantry gate welding machine has two structures: Gantry gate move type & double cantilever move type.

1. Gantry gate or cantilever drive method: AC motor and R series worm reducer.
2. Welding speed: 0.15~1.5m/min.
3. Arc guide frame head function is to mechanically track up and down, left and right.
4. Imported frequency converter is able to realize gantry gate or cantilevers stepless speed adjustment, with wide speed adjustment range, high accuracy and constant output torque.
5. Electrical control cabinet includes main control cabinet and remote operation box.
6. Two work-piece at one time.

Accept according to technical agreements and contract between each other.
2. Normal principles
2.1 according to supply scope, provide complete and effective documents.
2.2 the equipment works stale and reliable. No deformation, abnormal shake, liquid leak, air leak and electricity leak. The moving parts like chain, skate board, coupling, main shaft works steadily and accurate.
2.3 all the parts in the machine should install correctly and firmly. No outside damage, and all the welding seams are in good condition, no slag, crack, dent and etc. The welding seam should be removed stress.
2.4 all the pipes and wires, with correct joint and reliable joint. They should be arranged in order, correct, firm and neat. There should be necessary protect, no wrinkle, shrink or cracks and etc.
2.5 the lubrication system should work normally, and the reliable lubrication point is easy to access.
2.6 the painting should be full filled, glossy, no paint shortage, no color difference and other defective phenomenon.
2.7 the name plate of the equipment is complete, clear and the grounding is comply to standard.
3. After the test and acceptance, the machine has 12 months warranty.
