Industrial Food Dehydrator
BSO dryer is widely used for heating and dehumidification of raw
materials and products in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light
industry, heavy industry and other industries. Most of the hot air
circulates in the oven, which has high thermal efficiency and low
energy consumption. The oven is equipped with adjustable air plate
and adopts forced ventilation to dry the target materials evenly.
Working method:
It works by using steam or electrical energy as heat. Its heat is
generated by steam radiators or electric heating elements. The Fan
carries on the convection heat exchange, transfers the heat to the
material, unceasingly adds the fresh air to the oven, discharges in
the oven the moist air. The oven should be kept at an appropriate
relative temperature and humidity during drying. The most important
feature is that most of the hot air circulates in the drying
chamber, which enhances the heat and mass transfer and saves
energy.

1. The drying room provides hot air from top to bottom to penetrate
all materials to make the drying uniform and thorough.
2. The hot air drying oven has a high degree of automation. Once it
starts working, there is no need for operators. When a fault occurs
and the temperature exceeds the alarm value, the power will be cut
off automatically.
3. Independent research and development, 30% more efficient than
traditional heating equipment, and no pollution to the environment.
The energy-saving and durable furnace body greatly improves the
output and saves the cost.
4. The circulation system adopts a special high temperature and
high moisture-proof fan with large diameter to ensure uniform and
continuous thermal cycle.
