Description of double wall corrugated pipe machine:
1. Extruder:Adopt buttfer type forced feeding section, main drive
motor power can be 30% reduction.Extruder flow chnnel section
optimization,to ensure pipe low temperature, low voltage
production.
2. Forming machine:Closed circulation pressure water cooling
system, don't need to remove or insert a water pipe to replace a
module.No platform design, different specification module has same
central height.
3. Mold:The optimized design of the cooling cavity wall ensures the
maximum cold cross-sectional area,so that the cooling water and the
mold have sufficient contact surface, and the cooling effciency is
high.
4. Cutter:Double-knife cutting removes process waste pipes to
ensure seamless connection of pipes.Precise trigger device to
ensure continuous and precise cutting of the cutter.Equipped with
dual hydraulic system, stable running.
5. Stacker: High motor adjustment to reduce artifical fatigue.Can
automatically turn over pipes.
