Characteristic
XQJYP-2A applies an automatic filling and capping system,
especially designing for filling and capping the essential oil or
massage oil bottle which is with the cap and plug. The filling
speed is up to 2000-2400 bottles/hour. The device adopts a German
sensor to achieve the functions of no filling without the bottle,
no capping without lids. The filling pump applies a high-precision
ceramic pump to ensure filling accuracy. The capping part applies
SERVO torsional screwing to ensure the tightness and no-damaging of
the lid. At the same time, the machine can be connected with the
labeling machine to be a filling line.
