1.Introduction:
DLX alloy offer nickel based thermal spray wire manufacturer in
China. we could produce NiCrTi/45CT wire is a Nickel/Chrome/Titanium wire. 45CT wire is a nickel chromium titanium alloy characterized strong
resistance to high temperature corrosion oxidation.
Typical applications for 45CT are widely used in combustion
furnace,Boiler water wall tube, fan blade.
2.Typical Uses and Applications:
45CT material has proven very effective in providing long term
protection to boiler tubes against high temperature sulfidation.
The wrought material is highly resistant to sulfur/vanadium
atmospheres up to 1800°F. Wrought material of this type has shown a
2 mil per year corrosion rate over a nine year period when used in
the super heater section of boilers. Coatings of 45CT wire applied
to boiler tubes have shown virtually no loss of thickness or
spalling after 24 months of service (as of this writing).

The coatings of NW 450T wire is used to protect boiler tubes in
thermal power plant such as water cooling tube, superheater tube,
reheater tube and economizer tube from oxidation and sulfidation
against high temperature.
It also proven to be particularly effective as a protective arc
spray coating for boiler tubes in black liquor recovery boilers and
coal fired utility boilers.
Wire: 0.8mm 1.2mm 1.6mm 2.4mm 3.2mm.
Products are generally supplied in standard cardboard boxes,
pallets, wooden boxes. Special packaging requirements can also be
accommodated. (also depend on the customers' requirements)
For the Thermal spray wires , we wind small size wire less than
1.6mm wires on spools. Bigger size over than 2.4mm in coils. Then
put spools into cartons, Then put the cartons onto pallet or wood
box.
