Description: IFS 1 Flange seal ring

Material Introduction:

Nitrile rubber (NBR)

It has good heat resistance, wear resistance, various lubriC-A-Ting oil, grease, oil and gas mixture, applicable temperature -30~120 degrees

Celsius, but can not be used in phosphate ester hydraulic oil and gear oil containing extreme pressure additives, stable performance in gasoline

and low aniline point mineral oil.

NBR Ring

1. Avoid crimping with T form elastomer.

2. Avoid extruding with back-up ring.

3. With initial pre-tightening force, it has good sealing performance in low and high pressure.

4. Its geometry shape makes it stable and with good leakage ability.

5. Easy to install and decrease leakage.

6. Chamfer of elastomer can save much space, and reduces the load of back-up ring.
