twin-screw extruder, molding machine, cutting machine, rewinding
machine. The product material is PE, and the best pipe range is Φ
20-Φ 63mm. It has the advantage of continuous stable production,
low noise, high efficiency, long working time. Mould with hard
chrome plating, strong corrosion resistance.
Description of Plastic Corrugated Pipe Production Line:

3. Changing some parts can also produce M-PVC pipe, C-PVC pipe,
inner spiral wall pipe, inner hollow wall pipe, formed core pipe.
4. Two sizes in one mould for small pipes, can reduce the mould
cost, reduce the frequency of replacement of moulds and effectively
improve production effiency.
5. PE, PP, PVC single-wall corrugated pipes canbe produced with
different extruders
