Pneumatic door switching design, not wasting any more concrete for
each dosing. Mixing Hopper could save 1.5cbm wet concrete, has four
storage silo under each doser, one time could save 30kg wet
concrete. Diameter of dosser about 15cm, with frequency motor
control the screw speed,Using the buffer cylinder, the switch
reduces damage, reduces noise, and assists in feeding more
accurately.
Digital screen controller, with all dosing weight available by only
setting up the button , it is fully automatic mode. The action
process is that the mold is in place and the material opening cover
is opened to start feeding to the storage bin. After the material
is supplied, the material opening cover is closed and the vibration
is started, followed by the next cycle. A photoelectric switch
needs to be installed. With self cleaning system,360-degree
high-pressure rotating water gun,controlled by the PLC2.
