Cut To Length Line
Introduction
Here you will see some of our steel coil leveling equipment,
integrating scissor and drop-type stackers. This metal cut to
length production line features hydraulic adjustment and the
finished steel plates have uniform width and flatness, therefore,
the final products made of steel plates have a better appearance
and quality.
Product testing is performed including thickness measurement, width
measurement, coating weight measurement, surface inspection and
flatness inspection in order to satisfy different requirements of
our customers in various industries.
This cut to length line is divided into three series because of
different steel strip thickness and strip width, including:
- Thin coil cut to length line
- Middle thick coil cut to length
- Thick coil cut to length line
Application
The metal coil decoiling, leveling and cut to length line is
applied on cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, carbon steel,
stainless steel, galvanized steel, color steel plates and other
metal materials.

Advantages and Characteristics
- High precision.
- Maximum line speed can reach 20m/min, 4-5pcs/min in average;
- Leveling precision: ±1.5mm/㎡
- Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m
- Sheet diagonal length precision: ±1mm/m
- If the weight of thick plate coils is 30T, 35T or 40T, a
double-cone uncoiler is suitable.
- Strong gantry type uncoiler including coil-head guide, press and
hydraulic arm ensures smooth decoiling.
- To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of the leveling rollers
should be properly calibrated; our leveling roller diameter is
decided through comprehensive experience and precise engineering
calculation.
- The support rollers installed on the bracket can tighten up the
leveling rollers to make sure no deformation of leveling rollers
while leveling.
- Two time leveling is arranged in the thick plate cut-to-length line
to ensure good leveling effect.
- Customer can selectively assemble the edge trimmer to trim off
useless edges.
- Product conveyor sends finished sheets onto pneumatic packing
platform.
- We adopt high quality parts supplied by famous brands e.g.
Yuken/Fuxin hydraulic parts, HRB/ZWZ/SKF bearings, etc. ensuring
the good performance of the coil CTL line.
